<p>big vintage 4 lb. stiletto single bit axe on old hickory handle. woodsman’s axe from recent estate sale. this very nice old stiletto axe is in great shape with nice clean steel and a very crisp logo. the old hickory handle is solid but does show its age. the head is on firm and tight although there is some space at the top of the eye.. <p>old 1941 broad axe i elite it was made by rockwell toolco. hand balancing an egg emblem columbus model 9 1/4 x 9 1/4. 5 lb head 6 lb total . 31 inch handle don’t believe this axe was ever used ,been hanging on wall for many years not sure who made it thinking it’s sweden gransfors bruks made many models from 1940 to 1960.. Vintage genuine norlund splitting axe 6 lbs. logger firewood axe camp axe nr ! th e axe and handle are in great condition. sizes are approx., head is 8 3/8" long with 5 1/8" cutting /splitting edge. shows light age appropriate wear and signs of use. with a very good edge and a great stamp on the head..
